Its compact design makes the efuturo wallbox a space-saving charging station for electric and hybrid vehicles. The wallbox is easy to operate thanks to the integrated LED display and at a glance provides information about the charging status or possible error messages. The wallbox is protected by an RCD Type B residual current circuit breaker and therefore fulfils the highest safety standards. The high-quality plastic housing is suitable for safe operation of the efuturo wallbox outdoors.
The ergonomically designed Type 2 charging plug and the high-quality and durable cable with overall 5 metres' reach connect the wallbox quickly and simply with your electric or hybrid vehicle. The charging of the vehicle battery begins after short communication between the wallbox and vehicle without access control.
When you are not using the wallbox, you can store the Type 2 plug tidily in the holder provided for this purpose. This avoids damage to the plug from driving over it or similar.
Transform your garage or your customer car park into your personal service station for your electric and hybrid vehicles with the efuturo wallbox. The column which is optionally available accentuates your wallbox further. With the efuturo wallbox, it is possibly to reduce your charging time significantly. Whereas the charging cycle for a Renault Zoe at a domestic socket (2.3 kW) takes approximately 25 hours, it still takes approximately 16 hours with a 3.7 kW wallbox and only 4.5 hours at 11 kW. A 22 kW wallbox is up to 10 times faster. The charging time is reduced to approximately 2.5 hours in this case. The fact that our common household sockets are not designed for the amounts of electricity required for charging electric and hybrid cars has to be taken into account. While it is possible to charge at household sockets, this should only be seen as an emergency solution.
The simple structure of the efuturo wallbox ensures that your electrician's invoice does not contain any unpleasant surprises. The installed components are well-known to your electrician. The extremely expensive RCD Type B residual current circuit breaker is already integrated into the efuturo wallbox. This ensures maximum safety and the circuit breaker does not also have to be installed by the specialist in the external switch cabinet.
Due to the Wallbox's very small housing size, it is unfortunately not possible to integrate an electricity meter into our efuturo Wallboxes delivering 11 kW or 22 kW. We offer an electricity meter separately instead. This can be easily affixed by an electrician in the switch cabinet to a profile rail and connected in front of the Wallbox. The power consumption can be read off using this MID-calibrated electricity meter. This allows you to monitor your energy consumption. Landlords can invoice the consumption of the charging current to their tenants via the MID calibrated electricity meter.
